Terms & Condition
We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. These terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply to www.marmo.sg (the "Site") and form the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you. Please read through the T&Cs prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

If we need to contact you for service-related matters, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you have provided to us in your order. "Writing" or "written" in these T&Cs includes emails.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“the Conditions”) apply whenever you (“Purchaser”) order or buy products from www.marmo.sg (“MARMO”). The Terms and Conditions of Sale can be updated from time to time (e.g. to reflect changes in technology, our business model, system capacity or in relevant laws and regulations), and we therefore ask you to approve the Conditions each time you shop with us. Any reference to “you” or “your” means you as the “Purchaser”; any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means MARMO.
ORDERS AND PRICES
A purchase order from Purchaser constitutes Purchaser’s offer to MARMO, and it will only become a binding agreement between the parties, upon MARMO’s acceptance in writing by order confirmation or otherwise.
All prices are inclusive of GST, taxes and duties.
Our online store at marmo.sg is open 24 hours a day but may be closed occasionally for maintenance; we try to perform such maintenance during the night whenever possible. An order placed on a public holiday will be processed the following weekday.
You must be at least 18 years of age to buy goods on our site, and you must own a valid credit card that is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have legal grounds for wanting to place an order with us.
PRE AND BACK ORDERS
We allow ordering for items that are currently out of stock but that are expected to become available at a future date. Kindly note that we charge you immediately for pre and back ordered items regardless of when the item(s) will ship. We strive to provide the most accurate estimated arrival dates for pre and back ordered items where available. However, fulfilment of such orders can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (shipping carrier delays, force majeure, etc.). We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays to your order.
Some of our items are categorised as made-to-order items. Due to the construction time and unique characteristics of these items, they are not returnable once an order is considered final.
Orders that contain made-to-order items are not processed for a minimum waiting period of 48 hours, during which time you can cancel your order. After the 48-hour waiting period, your order is considered final and we will charge your provided payment method and begin processing and fulfilling your order. After this point you may not cancel your order and any made to-order item included is not returnable. None made-to-order items that are part of an order containing made-to-order items fall under our regular returns policy.
DELIVERY AND DELAY
Delivery of goods from marmo.sg is deemed to have occurred when the customer has received the goods.
All orders ordered through marmo.sg are shipped with the best suitable carrier.
Stock items will be shipped within a maximum of 72 hours after ordering, unless otherwise stated on the product display. Delivery will usually take place within 1-2 business days after shipment. In special cases other freight solutions will be used. The stated delivery date is indicative and may therefore be waived. The shipment date will be clearly stated on the order confirmation. Furniture will be delivered at curbside.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
To protect you and our other customers against fraud and maintain a high level of security for online shopping, we may perform verification checks. A verification check can include the data you send to us when ordering on the website, including your address and payment details.
Before making payment, you can revise the details you have entered, including delivery and billing addresses, or payment details. You can also change the goods ordered or remove goods from your basket. When you click “Buy and Pay”, a receipt will be shown on your screen. From that point on, you are bound by a purchase contract.
LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
MARMO warrants that standard products delivered to Purchaser are free from defects in material and workmanship until reaching the Purchaser.
MARMO is only liable for defects which appear under the proper use of the products. MARMO’s liability does not cover defects arising out of or caused by (i) materials provided by Purchaser, (ii) faulty maintenance, incorrect use or incorrect assembly, (iii) alterations or repair performed by Purchaser or (iv) normal wear and tear of the products.
Complaints/replacements can only be made to the original delivery address.
Apart from defects and warranty claims, Purchaser are in no instances entitled to return purchased products to MARMO.
CANCELATION AND RETURNS
MARMO does not accept any cancelation and returns for any products.
MARMO shall only be liable for damage caused by MARMO’s products in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the Singapore Product Liability Act.
MARMO shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, operating loss, loss of goodwill and loss of any contract.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MARMO’s total and aggregate liability under or in connection with any purchase order shall in no event exceed the invoiced amount of such purchase order.
MARMO shall not be liable for any errors in catalogues, brochures or other printed material submitted to Purchaser.
The limitation of MARMO’s liability set out in this LIABILITY AND DEFECTS shall not apply where MARMO has been guilty of gross negligence.
